TRADITIONAL JERK CHICKEN RECIPE
1 Whole Chicken ? Washed & Quartered
2 oz ?Busha Brown’s Seasoning
1 Tbs Coconut Oil(substitute w/ Olive Oil)
Rub Jerk and oil into the chicken and allow to marinate ? overnight for best results. Place chicken over direct heat on your barbecue and brown on all sides.
Remove chicken to In-direct heat and allow to finish cooking (30?45mins)
Busha’s Jerk pork chops recipe
4 – Pork Chops
2 – tsp Busha Browne’s Jerk Seasoning
1 – tsp Lime Juice (optional)
Rub Jerk Seasoning and lime juice over chops. Prepare grill or barbecue and grill chops until juices run clear. Serves 2
